VISITING THE SHOWROOM
Our Showroom is now open by appointment. By asking you to make an appointment, we can not only ensure someone is available should you require assistance, but also ensure you have plenty of space to yourselves. We are still asking all visitors to wear face-masks if possible and use the hand sanitiser just inside the door upon entry. To make an appointment, simply contact us.
VISITING YOUR HOME TO UNDERTAKE DESIGN WORK
We are currently undertaking much more correspondence and design work from our office, which is located within our home. The government has however ruled that we are still able to undertake work within your home, and we will be pleased to do so, especially if you are unable to travel to our showroom or when we need to take final, accurate measurements. Please complete our contact form to book a home design visit.
We will travel to your home in the works vehicle, which will be cleaned and sanitised both inside and on the external door handles, before and after use.
All our staff carry hand sanitiser, face masks and cleaning materials. We will sanitise our hands as soon as we arrive and wear a face covering.
We will try to maintain a distance of at least 6ft (2 meters) between you and ourselves.
We will bring all items we may require, such as pencils, sketch pads, tape measurers, drinks etc, and keep these for our personal use.
FITTING YOUR FURNITURE – BEFORE WE ARRIVE
We are always really excited to be able to start fitting your furniture and letting you really see what we have made for you. Before the fitting team arrives however, we just want to ask you to consider a few points to help keep everyone safe.
Please could you consider the amount of ventilation in the room we will be working in and if appropriate, open windows etc before we arrive.
Please could you leave all internal doors providing access to the fitting area open to minimise our contact with your door handles.
Please could you identify any busy areas across your property where people travel through, (for example stairs and corridors), and if possible, minimise movement within these areas while fitting is underway.
FITTING YOUR FURNITURE – WHEN WE ARE ON SITE
We will travel to your home in the works vehicle, which will be cleaned and sanitised both inside and on the external door handles, before and after use.
All our staff carry hand sanitiser, face masks and cleaning materials. We will sanitise our hands as soon as we arrive and regularly through-out the day. We will also wear a face covering whilst inside your property.
With a small team of fitters, you will see the same 2 fitters, (occasionally up to 4 fitters if the job is very large or furniture requires a 4-man lift), throughout the fitting process. We will aim to source all materials required before coming to site and work full days to avoid unnecessary travel to and from your property.
We will try to maintain a distance of at least 6ft (2 meters) between you and ourselves.
Our fitters will bring their own packed lunches/flasks to avoid the need to be provided with hot drinks on site or travel to/from your property during the day.
Our fitters will tidy-up and wipe down all surfaces, especially metal door handles etc, before leaving and take away any waste at the end of each working day.
