If you have your own designer, Mark will be happy to work with them. If not, we will carry out the design work with you.
We have the ability to do things that other furniture making companies either can’t, or choose not to do. We look at every idea, however unusual that you may have, and approach it with a ‘can-do’ mindset. Part of making something bespoke is being prepared to work at something until its right. If we haven’t done something before, then it can take a little time to work out the best way forward, but if its possible, we will do it, and we will do it well, – even if that means producing full size sample pieces or having more than one attempt at a piece until its perfect for you. It’s what sets us apart as being able to offer a truly bespoke product, and is the type of challenge we relish.
Mark will prepare the initial hand-drawn design and estimated cost. He will provide a floor plan for fitted furniture, and elevations, so you can see exactly what we suggest.
We put you, the client, centre stage of our thought processes and build your design around you. One which takes full advantage of the potential for your room, whilst ensuring that your needs, desires and personal taste are reflected with fine quality materials and finishes and your lifestyle is made easier through practical considerations. If however there is any aspect of the design that you would like us to alter, we will keep working with you, making amendments until you are completely happy.
Once you are ready to proceed with your order, we’ll discuss the plans in detail; talk about materials, appliances, features, finishes and colours.
Once you’ve agreed the design and specification, we’ll start producing your furniture and ordering any appliances, Marble, Granite, Slate, Glass, Corian, Quartz or any other items you have requested. At this stage we’ll ask you for a deposit, usually 25% of the final estimated price.
If you would like to come and see your furniture being made, you are welcome to visit our workshop.
